GCA XML Import Error (Unspecified)

After selecting the XML file and selecting Upload, the page displays "Oops we encountered an error". I am not seeing any errors displayed in the Console. I also tried un-selecting "private" and "owned by me" on the upload character landing page (maybe these settings are specific to GCS?)

Steps:

1. Navigate to http://www.gurpscalculator.com/Character/UploadCharacter
2. Choose a GCA XML File (in this case the iconic DaiBlackthorn.gca4.XML)
3. Select Upload

Observed:

The error page is displayed.

Expected:

The character to be available in my private repository.
