Jump Calculator is throwing out bad results

Jump calculator formula is not tracking with rules outlined on page 352 of core book, nor with rules for Super Jump on page 89 of core book.

Example: when entering speed 6, High Jump is calculated as 2 foot 1 inch.

This is the example used in the book, which comes to 26" (2 foot 2 inches).

Air speed seems to be calculated at 1/2 jump distance for super jump, rather than 1/5th from core book.
