Only Character Owner Can Attack

Hi,

Currently, if you are not the 'owner' of a character the attack option does not appear on the attack tab e.g. the flame symbol.

As a GM I would like to be the ‘owner' of my PC's characters but allow them to roll their own attacks and damage. When I share the PC’s characters with them the attack option is not present.
