Tweak support options

Right now we only have patreon. The support button should lead to another page where the user can select patreon, paypal, google wallet...etc. Some people have expressed that they would rather do small infrequent or one time donations instead of a reoccurring patreon donation (which makes sense.)

I removed the ugly support button and added seperate buttons for paypal and patreon. There is no easy google wallet button to be added, so it's not worth it at this time. I could only add a google wallet button that leads to the users personal google wallet page, and then have an additional instruction as to whose email to send the donate too. At this time I do not see a way to prepopulate google wallets email field using only a link.

Adding the paypal link and removing the ugly support button is enough to satisfy this task for the time being.
