Public Monster DB

Create a utility for users to share any character tagged as an NPC or Monster to a public database.

This public database will be a fully sortable, searchable, and easily navigated compendium of all submitted monsters, with credit given to each user if they wish.

Users will be able to click to open the full monster, and even save the monster into their own character list (basically the sharing user shares it with the world, and everyone else can approve that share by searching through this dictionary and adding the monster to their own character list.)

On the monster we will have badges to show how many users have viewed the monster, and how many have added it to their own list.
