finished implementation, but need further testing and maybe some teaking...auto-cache control should help.

Make sure to test that it bundles correctly when debug=false

Note: restest every screen on desktop and mobile when release is ready. Keep this ticket open until then.

Checked that all pages look correct. Checked that bundling/minification works if correct parameters are included and do not do either when parameters not included.
