Jump calculator does not allow half-levels of Enhanced Move

The Jump calculator only accepts integers for Enhanced Move - EM is a float. Enhanced Move comes in one-half increments - 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, etc. Whole number increments double top Move, the half-levels multiply by a final 1.5

Example 2: An avian race has Enhanced Move 2.5 (Air), for 50 points. All members of the race multi- ply their top airspeed by 2 ¥ 2 ¥ 1.5 = 6.
