GCS import key text has fixed position on Characters page

When you have imported a large number of characters, so you get a scroll bar in the Characters page, you will find that the text at the bottom left showing your GCS import key will scroll together with the main page, overlapping the main page.

It should stay at it's fixed position at the bottom left. Likely a simple css mistake.
