Request: Disable user-interaction in filtereditor

Issue #19 resolved
Former user created an issue

``` What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Add a predefined filter 2. Call setEnabled(false) 3. The user can still delete the filter and choose the nofilter option.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I would like to provide a predefined filter and totally disable user-interaction.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 4.1.4
Please provide any additional information below. Allow the user to see what filter is in effect, but don't allow changing it in any way.
```

    ``` Implementation is ready for release (4.2.0). New API methods on IFilterEditor interface: /
    • Enables or disables the user's interaction; if disabled, the control
    • is disabled but the associated filter remains in place.
    • / void setUserInteractionEnabled(boolean enable);
    / Returns the user interaction mode. */ boolean isUserInteractionEnabled();
    The look and feel of an editor with user interaction disabled is not distinguishable from an editor that is disabled, as I do not foresee the case where some editors are disabled, and others have the content fixed (and if it would be possible, still would not like to expand further the possible colors combinations) ```
