.TH fmt_plusminus 3
.SH NAME
fmt_plusminus \- write '+' or '-'
.SH SYNTAX
.B #include <fmt.h>

size_t \fBfmt_plusminus\fP(char *\fIdest\fR,signed int \fIsource\fR);
.SH DESCRIPTION
fmt_plusminus writes '-' to \fIdest\fR if \fIsource\fR is negative, '+'
if \fIsource\fR is positive, nothing otherwise. It returns the number
of bytes written.

fmt_plusminus does not append \\0.

If \fIdest\fR equals FMT_LEN (i.e. is zero), fmt_plusminus returns the number
of bytes it would have written.
