Destination should be a property of persistence class, not Test Executive

Test Executive\Source\Test Executive\TestExecutive Ref\Save Test Executive.vi takes as an input file name and folder path but abstracts away file format behind an abstract persistence object. The persistence should own the destination since the destination because persistence may not be a file… it could be a database and then a file and folder wouldn’t make any sense.
