Load test Executive does not parallel Save Test Executive API

Load takes in a “folder” but what is really meant is a full path to the persisted file. This function should parallel save

And if destination is related to “persistence” this ticket becomes void.

    sure. I mean “in the same way”. So in the same way save takes in a folder and file name, load should take in a folder and file name. Or in the same way load takes in a folder (which is really the full path to the file), save should take in “folder” which is really the fill path to the file.
