Rename "Unique ID", "new ID" and all other variations to be consistent

As a user it is confusing when inputs mean the same thing on different VIs but have different names. As an example in Insert Test.vi you can supply your own custom ID to give to a test. That input is named “Unique ID”. However in copy that input is named “New ID”. Both mean the same thing.
