Add "Unique ID Out" to Copy

Copy creates a new test with a new ID. In order to be consistent with API functions such as insert test, the Unique ID of the copy should be returned and differentiated from ID In. It is confusing to the user if this is a duplication of the test id in or a the ID of the newly created test.
