Failed to compile project due to DefaultJWKSetCache Constructor changement

Hello,

With the 8.10, the number of parameters of the DefaultJWKSetCache constructor has changed and my project doesn’t compile anymore.

Hi Arthur,

Please update your code, because the constants and the behaviour has changed. If we simply put the old constructor back you may get unexpected results.
