Stop using version range on net.minidev:json-smart

This library pulls net.minidev:json-smart with a version range. This has a huge impact on Maven builds since Maven never caches the resolved artifact version and keeps looking for a new version of the library.

Could you consider using an exact version for this library?

This library no longer uses JSON Smart. Perhaps you're referring to an old version (2+ years) old, or another project.
