AuthorizationServerMetadata does not apply default for "token endpoint authentication methods"

AuthorizationServerMetadata#applyDefaults and OIDCProviderMetadata#applyDefaults both state in the javadoc that

The token endpoint authentication methods default to ["client_secret_basic"]

But it does not.
