The Raspberry Pi 2 has a Broadcom SoC BCM2836 with 1GB of SDRAM. This retains all the features of BCM2835 (Datasheet) of the Raspberry Pi 2 predecessors, but replaces the single 700MHz ARM11 with a 900MHz quad-core ARM Cortex-A7.
