Custom text with no selections in CheckComboBox

Issue #205 new

It would be good if the text in the button area of CheckComboBox would be customisable in some way. At least when it's empty but it would also ge good if one could set how the text for selected items should be composed.

To me CheckComboBox isn't usable without the ability to at least set the text when empty.

    I've added an attachment where I've implemented both a cell renderer and title renderer for the combo as I needed it locally. I'd love to see this implemented in some manner into the ControlsFX source instead of course. Note I've changed the name of CheckComboBox to CheckBoxComboBox to avoid namespace confusion. This is a quick & dirty implementation.

    Use via:

    combo.setCellRenderer(new ICheckBoxComboBoxCellRenderer<T>() {

    and

    combo.setTitleRenderer(new ICheckBoxComboBoxTitleRenderer<T>() {

    Just realized the GraphicTextGap should probably be available as a callback option for the cellRenderer as well, in case this goes into the official source in some manner.

    I can't access GIT from work, it's blocked. I'll see if I can do something from home, but I was more hinting toward that it'd be nice if the checkbox-stuff would support most of the features from the main combo (or other checkbox control types) and probably need to expose those so that the user can set things on them. My implementation was just a quick hack.
