Hi, when using service group under load balancer, the three columns (Bytes IN/Bytes OUT/Connections) are populated for the load balancer itself but not for each services individually.

Hey, what is your NS version? So there is one service group and services members inside? Can you add a screenshot?

Can you also add a screenshot of the NS configuration of these load balancers? Looks like service group is not serving this load balancer.

I'm not too sure what to screenshot, here's part of the config that may help.

add serviceGroup svcgrp-Director-SSL SSL -maxClient 0 -maxReq 0 -cip DISABLED -usip NO -useproxyport YES -cltTimeout 180 -svrTimeout 360 -CKA NO -TCPB NO -CMP NO
    bind lb vserver Director-SSL svcgrp-Director-SSL
    bind serviceGroup svcgrp-Director-SSL SRV1 443
    bind serviceGroup svcgrp-Director-SSL SRV2 443

I cannot reproduce it. Ther weird thing is that it's looks like service group down but load balancer still active and serves connections. Can you go to NS configuration --> Load Balancers --> Virtual Servers --> Right click on Director-SSL --> Visualizer ?

Just want to make sure we not missing some service that serves this LB.

Well, this is very weird. Have the same setup but see anything as it should. Can you click on the lower frame (2 Services) to see the list of service group? At my environment it looks like that: Screen Shot 2017-06-27 at 22.58.45.png
