The following packages must be installed in order to use this project.
Where applicable, installation method is noted.

  Install: `easy_install django-registration`

 * django-profiles (http://www.bitbucket.org/ubernostrum/django-profiles/)

  Install: `apt-get install python-imaging`

= Database configuration = 

You must create a spatial database per the instructions in the
GeoDjango installation instructions.  You should create a user for
that database (note that on some OS's, to give this user access to the
database, you must edit the config file pg_hba.conf) and put the
user's authentication info in the settings.py file.

For installation on Ubuntu, the "Configuring Postgresql" section of
this page, though old, is helpful:
