Hello, i moved my acr records to sd card manually. Now i put them again in acr folder in the main storage of the phone, but acr don't recognize them. All calls disappeared from menu. How to solve and see them again in the menu of acr ? Thanks, best regards Marco Nucifora [e-mail] [e-mail]

Tap on DB Maintenance under ACR General settings

I tap on get back database, from general settings, now is grey, seem doing nothing.

i should wait ? if i try to return in the list of calls, i see nothing, no phones come back in the list

I have no idea what you did but in order DB Maintenance to work recordings should be under ACR recording folder which is defined in the recording settings

yes, offcourse is put in the same folder

i reinstalled acr, not the licence. Only acr, but nothing, they are not there the phones

Well can you see files in ACRcalls folder? Check with a file manager

This is the folder from pc. You can see all files are there, I have tried again uninstall and install the program again even licence and restart mobile, themn reintall the program again

Path seems to be wrong. Why are they in archive folder? Acrcalls folder must be in dithering same path as in acr recording settings

yes, they are in the same folder of the recording path

Archivio interno, it means the memory phone, not the sd

and just inside memory phone, there is ACR folder
