Acr is disable after some time..

I m using vivo v5S i have a pro version of Acr.. But after few minutes ACR is Disable Automatically... Plz help me out of this or refund my money....i think so my money is wasted...on this app

Your phone have "Power saving" or "Battery saver" options under Phone Settings. Open it and add ACR to "Protected apps".

Also remove memory cleaning and battery saving apps if you have any
