Download recorded calls

To whom it may concern,

I have been utilizing ACR for a month or so now. I need to download the calls I have recorded to my computer. How do I do that? With other apps, I was able to just attach the phone to my laptop via a USB cable then download the appropriate file. However, this time I am unable to access this app. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I need some of these recordings for legal issues.

I am. Not sure what you mean by "unable to access". ACR recordings should be in ACRcalls folder on your phone. Try restarting both phone and computer and use different USB port.
