Calls are not being recorded

Hi, this is uday. Purchased pro version. After installation of license, due to some issues I changed my mobile set. In the newly purchased set I installed the license again against the same number. but no recordings are being made. Please help.

What is your new phone name and Android version. Call recording doesn't depend on number but phone model and Android version
