Not recording incoming calls on Huawei P10 on Android 8 Oreo
Hi,
Can you please help with the below issue?
ACR is not recording the incoming calls. It records only the outgoing calls. It seems to have started behaving like this after the last version update. I have attached a Debug log and the recording of the Call while the debugger was running.
The phone supports WIFI Calling but the function is disabled. I am have not installed any other call recorder. I am not using any third party dialer or launcher. I am not using any memory cleaning apps apart from the phone's built in clearing. I have locked ACR in recent apps so it will not clear when I clear the other used apps. I have uninstalled, rebooted the phone and reinstalled ACR and the licence from Playstore I have not adjusted any settings in ACR. Everything is default as it was after installation. I have allowed ACR and ACR Licence to be ignored in Battery optimization. ACR and ACR Licence are allowed to : Autolaunch, Secondary Launch, Run in Background.

In Android 8 Oreo there is no Protected Apps section.
I did allow the ACR and ACR Licence to Ignore battery optimizations and Locked it to avoid clearing the app from recent used items. Also ACR and ACR Licence are allowed to : Autolaunch, Secondary Launch, Run in Background.
But the issue is still here.
Do you know if there is a similar issue for Samsung phones running Android 8 Oreo ?
I will switch to Samsung if Huawei won't fix this soon.
