ACR offers many ways for accessing its recordings from a computer.
Cloud services (Pro): Simply use any supported cloud service to upload recordings to your computer. Go to ACR settings, Cloud Services and connect to your preferred service. Use "Upload again" option under the cloud service to upload previous recordings.
Web/Wi-Fi Access: Connect your phone and computer to same WiFi network. Open ACR Settings, go to Cloud Services and open Web/Wi-Fi Access. While it is open, navigate to the IP address shown from your computer. You will be able to see and download all your recordings directly from ACR.
Backup/Export: Select a recording by tapping on one contact picture and use select all icon on the top. Then, tap on the 3 dotted menu on top right and select backup. Once completed, connect your phone to your computer and simply copy ACRcallsBackup folder to your computer. You can use free and open source VLC from www.videolan.org to play ACR Recordings on your computer
