Calls are not being recorded

Hi, this is uday. Purchased pro version. After installation of license, due to some issues I changed my mobile set. In the newly purchased set I installed the license again against the same number. but no recordings are being made. My new mobile set is Moto G2 and Android version is v4.4.4 OS. Please help.

Moto G has stopped 2 way call recording support with Android KitKat. This is not our fault. Try any other call recording app you'll see that none works. Your only option is to set audio source to MIC and set loudspeaker on.
