Sometimes ACR stops the recording randomly in call for the other person

I spoke with someone for 10 minutes, and acr stoped recording what they were saying at about 7 minutes in the call , and the rest 3 minutes it just recorded me speaking. This happened sometimes in the past aswell, but i dont know how often because i dont check all my recordings.

Samsung s7 edge SM-G935F Android 7.0 I have acr pro too if that makes a difference.
