ACR doesn't work properly on US/CANADIAN version of S3 and S4
Unfortunately US versions of S3 and S4 has somehow limited support for two way call recording.
ACR is able to record on S3 with "workaround" option in it's settings enabled and recording delay set to 5-8 seconds.
If you are a S4 owner from US/CANADA you are out of luck. We weren't able to get ACR work .
This is not ACR's fault. Try any other call recording app from Play market and you'll see they don't work either.

I don't see why you don't put what phones act does not work with. I looked on your support page and it says it works. I bought the app and spent time, lots of time trying to get it to work.

reporter It is impossible to list phones that doesn't support call recording, there are so many. But, in the supported phones list article we have a note next to American S4 says "Samsung Galaxy S 4 (AMERICAS check workaround in settings and/or see https://bitbucket.org/copluk/acr/issue/7/enable-acr-on-galaxy-s4-at-t-sgh-i337-with )"
