Former user created an issue 2015-02-06

When a prisoner calls me, this ACR used.to record our conversations but now since 1week it does not record it anymore. After calling i dont see the number in the list of recorded calls... how is this possible?

You might have added it to excluded list. Try reinstalling ACR
