ACR not recording call to a specific number

Former user created an issue

ACR works great, but there is one specific phone number that ACR is no longer recording the call. This was not a problem in the past. The calls to that number successfully recorded, and the conversations are stored.

I have no issues with any other calls on the same day or anytime. Curious that calls to this one phone number are no longer recording the call.

Is it possible for the other party to block ACR from recording the call?
