Cannot hear the other party - Samsung

Former user created an issue

Once installed, ACR makes the other party inaudible during calls. I make or receive a call and cannot hear anything, much less record anything. I have to switch off the app to make phonecalls. Other call recording apps cause the same problem. Can you tell me what i'm doing wrong? (Samsung GT s7580) Thank you

    You are not doing anything wrong. It is your phone doesn't support call recording. Try setting recording delay to 5 seconds

    Not all phones support call recording. Remove any other call recording apps, disable noise cancellation features of your phone,reboot your phone and re-install ACR, set recording delay to 5 seconds and try again. Also please try all recording formats.

    If nothing works, set Audio Source to MIC in ACR settings and use call recording with speaker

    I found a solution after all, the phone allows recording from "mic" source, not "phone call". Thanks for the help!
