No voice on the other side of the phone

I have a Samsung Galaxy S8+ and have been using this app for over a year, no problem. In the past day, 2 interviews didn't record the voice on the other side and I'd really like their voices to be restored because they're pretty important interviews. How can this be fixed? Also, for context, I recorded 2-3 calls in between the 2 problem recordings and there were no problems.

    Unfortunately it is not possible to fix them. Please do not use Bluetooth headset or connect headphones during the call. Sometimes putting loud speaker on can cause it too

    I was not using bluetooth or a headset. This has just started happening, and I've been using this app for a while now. I guess I have to get a new one. Thanks!

    ACR works perfectly on your phone. Let's see what is going on.

    Please go to ACR settings and tap on version then tap on Debug and enter letmedebug as password. Make a call while debug is enabled, come back open debug logging and select send to send debug logs to me.

    Make sure you reference to the issue in your new email so I would know for what to look
