"Unable to find item" error message on playback attempt

I recorded a call a couple years ago and have been able to listen to it until just recently. Now an error message pops up "unable to find item". This phone call is needed for a court case next week and is causing major stress because if something has happened to it, that could be very bad. Please tell me there is something I can do to access this recording.

    Being unable to play or send recordings means they are ghost recordings which have been moved or deleted from outside ACR.

    ACR does not delete recordings, you either deleted from outside ACR, from app like as music player, a file explorer or you have moved them outside ACR recordings folder. You can reset ACR db to remove ghost recordings
