delay incoming calls with settings 0 delay

Hi, I do not know why incoming calls are being recorded with a few seconds delay. In the program settings I have 0 delays Outgoing are ok Android 6.0.1 Galaxy S5 NEO AR 29.7

ACR would always require couple of seconds delay even if you set it to 0 seconds.
