MP3 format record went to chipmunk sound

I change recording format to mp3 for PC compatibility, but this surprise me.

Both phone and PC plays the file about 10 x speed and pitch is like chipmunk sound. Far too fast to understand anything.

What to do for this?

If needed I can send the file for examination

Addon: Samsung trend 7580. No other recording apps. Default format 3gp save other phone call fine, but after that, I change for easy editing to mp3 and this chipmunk effect appear.

This means phone does not have fast cpu to handle encoding on the fly. Please continue to use 3gp
