I realize I can do that and repopulate.... But I want the file to copy... It has a Log longer than the files I have.... I deleted a few calls long long ago....

repo owner I am. It really sure what you mean. ACR doesn't transfer your recordings outside your phone. There is no way to recover if you deleted them from the Recycle bin too

What is the name of the database file acr reads for the call log and where is it.... I want to copy my old file and use it....
-
repo owner There is no database. Calls saved under ACRcalls folder on your phone
-
But I have moved them out of the directory and they still show in the log
-
repo owner Yes, this is expected because ACR keeps its own internal case about recording information.
You can remove and reinstall ACR to reset that information.

Can I transfer that to my new phone?
-
repo owner No, it is not possible to transfer that information. Only files can be transferred

Calls are not automatically transferred to new device as privacy principle, ACR does not store any information outside your phone.
You can however transfer them by yourself. Make sure both phones have the latest version of ACR and connected to the same WiFi network. Open ACR on the previous phone and go to ACR Settings> Recording Transfer and select Send.
Do the same thing on the new phone but this time select Receive and enter details shown on the previous one and select download.
