Unable to record incoming calls in my huawei mate 10

Perviously, I was using Samsung A5 and this app was working perfectly without any problem.

Currently, I have changed my phone to huawei mate 10 with Android 8 on it and my incoming calls are not recording at all.

Please let me know, how I can fix this problem. I truly like this app.
