My recordings are not transferred to OneDrive

Phone: HUAWEI P20 lite Model, version no.: ANE-LX1, 8.0.0.168(C432) EMUI-version = Android-version = 8.0.0
When I type ACR Pro, 3upperleftlines, Settings, Cloud Services, OneDrive, Pending uploads (1051, 843 MB), first recording (circle), All recordings (upper-right double-square), Upload, and “Yes” to “Upload selected now”, I get the message: “Unable to connect! Please check service setting”.
However, OneDrive is "Enabled", and the “Name of the folder to upload recordings” is set to be “12345678”, which is my phone number and the name of the folder that I have created in OneDrive. So what is wrong?
