Late recording for incoming calls

Hi, ACR Pro version is cutting the initial part of incoming calls as it is starting to record with serveral seconds of delay. I alreay set the delay to 0 in settings, but it is still continuing
What can I do? My cellphone is Galaxy S7 edge Thanks Alberto

ACR works perfectly on your phone. Please re-install ACR from the Play Store, remove any other call recording and memory cleaning apps, disable WiFi calling, and reboot your phone. Do not change any settings of ACR what so ever and test to see if the issue gone away.
