I have been a client of ACR Pro for some time now. Now and then I have minor issues but can find answers to solve them browsing the net.
I own a Motorola Moto Z2 Play and its the only phone I have installed ACR.
Today I noticed that outgoing calls are not recorded when my phone is connected to the wifi, even though I don't have a VoIP plan or such, which makes - at least to me - no sense in the app not recording just because I am connected to the wifi if the internet is not being used at all to make the call.
I have fully uinstalled and reinstalled, but the same glitch happens.
If I disable wifi, it records normally.
What are your thoughts on this matter?
