Disconnecting from cloud storage and not uploading

Former user created an issue

Recording is fine. After every call I receive the tap to resolve notice. When resolved uploads are not occurring. Started 3 or 4 days ago. On current version of ACR. Seems like each call is disabling the cloud upload feature because it is enabled before the call starts. I cannot manually upload the file to the cloud (onedrive) either.
