ACR recordings show file size but do not play sound of recording

Hello, Team,

I have been using the Auto Call Recorder Pro version. I believe some time ago, the call recordings stopped producing any sound.

I have all the recordings and they show a file size (data). They are in AMR format but even when I convert to MP4, I do not get any sound.

Is there an issue? Attached, please find one such audio recording for you to review and fix, respectfully.

This is urgent. Kindly help.
