forward recording when playing it

I am using a galaxy s5 and record all calls. The recording is then saved in dropbox (pro version). When I try to replay the call on my PC it plays fine. However, when I forward the recording or rewind the recording it stops playing.

I also noticed this when I play in in the acr program on the phone as well.

If I have a call lasting 1hr and only need to replay the last 10 mins i have to play the entire recording and then can't rewind it if i miss something?

You can use VLC to listen your recording son your computer. VLC is free and open source. You can download it from www.videolan.org
