Google Drive sync not working

Hi. I just got a second device and would like the Google Drive sync to work with both devices, but I understood from a response to my Google Play review that it won't. However, now I can't seem to get the sync to work with my original phone again, eventhough I turned it off for the second one. I press re-sync everything, but nothing appears on Google Drive. I've tried rebooting and resetting the link but nothing works.
