ACR stopped working

Former user created an issue

HI I am using Samsung note 4, and the android veriosn 5.1.1.

I didn't do any software update or change any setting in ACR in last 5 days. The ACR stopped recording calls two days back. What would be the problem and how to fix that?

    ACR works perfectly on your phone. Please remove any other call recording apps, re install ACR and reboot your phone.

    Do not change any settings of ACR what so ever ant test to see if the issue gone away
