Haiwei 6 - incoming not working

Just downloaded this app and the record isn't working. Urgent as need to use it tomorrow. Help!

    Some phones don't support call recording. Remove other call recording apps, disable noise cancellation features of your phone,reboot your phone and re-install ACR, set recording delay to 5 seconds and try again.

    If nothing works, try other Audio Sources like VOICE_COMMUNICATION. Set to MIC if all fails and use call recording with speaker
