ACR not working

Former user created an issue

I have a Samsung S4 and ACR was working (as I was using if as my main cell phone). I am now using my S4 purely for wi-fi calls only. My phone blue-toothing to my headset. None of my call are being recorded. I have moved my recording to my SD memory card bot I don't thing that this should affect the functionalities of the ACR application. The app shows "Enable" on the main screen. What are your suggestions?
