First, thank you for your tireless dedication and work on the ACR App we all love. I have a scenario in which I need to transfer the ACR App and its existing associated recording files from my Galaxy S5 to a replacement Galaxy S5 (same model device). Because ACR and related files are on Device Storage can one use to Kies3 or Samsung Smart Switch to fully backup/copy everything exactly over to the new/replacement S5 device?
Also, as a premium license holder I backup my recorded calls to OneDrive. Will the current files in the ACRRecordings onedrive folder be replaced by future recordings from the new/replacement phone? I suspect the "Upload Again" option will replace the existing files! Should we copy existing files to a backup file just in case?
It would be a good idea to provide instructions on app page for ensuring smooth transition to new devices and especially warnings for those who have replacement devices. One wrong move can wipe out all the recordings.
I really wish Recorded Calls could be selected for storage to SD Card!
And finally, any idea when the ongoing issue with "Google Drive" will be corrected? We still cannot backup calls to Google Drive as we receive an error message.
